PEP STORE MONEY MARKET CANNOT BE TRUSTED

On Sunday the 1st of October 2017 at 10:00 am I transfer R 1000 at PEP Cell Store in Durban West Street. When I arrived in my room at 10:48 am I send the number to my sister and she already knew the pin that we usual use. At 15:00 pm on the same day she told me that the money was already withdrawn, I tried to call the number that was on the slip and they told me that the money was withdrawn on the 1st October at 10:10 am at ABSA ATM in Durban West Street. I then went to the Police Station to open a case. I was given a form to be filled by the manager but they refused to fill it. The money that I transfer was the last cent I had, The children are hungry at home and I do not know what to do.
