Pep Store Mega City in Mafikeng

I received bad treatment from PEP store in Mega City Mafikeng after asking that I use my own sanitizer which contains 70% alcohol instead of theirs.

I was denied access due to this, I told the lady that I have a problem of my skin reacting to sanitizers I have used in some shops and public transportation. I do not know the exact cause of the reaction, hence I went to Dischem on Wednsday to ask which sanitizer I can try that will not react to my skin and I was advised to try the one I am using now.

I have been using it since this past Wednesday and have not experienced the skin reaction, I've even stopped taking allegex, because its continuous take is not good.

I asked the lady if they are not even going to check the percentage on my hand sanitizer and she refused after asking one of the ladies who works at the store. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take their names as I was frustrated and disappointed, but I am not happy at all.

Risking my life, using public transport to try and go winter essentials just to be denied access is not professional. I went to 4 shops and even FNB yesterday. I was not denied access, some even checked it the percentage was COVID-19 compliant.
