PEP Store Medowdale staff is saying "WE DO NOT WHANT YOUR BUSINESS "

On 3July 2021 I went to my local PEP store in Medowdale. My visit was based on purchasing a R3000 cellphone Samsung A12. After waiting in the queue for 5 minutes I was helped by Mis.Thandiwe Buthelezi at the point of sale. I greeted her by saying "good morning", she did not greet me back and just asked me where the items was that I was purchasing as I did not have any item to present her. I told her that she was impolite and should work on her customer relations. I saw that this did not bother her at all and I requested to be helped by the manager. She said that the Manager was not in and that I am holding up the queue. I told her that I am purchasing a Samsung A12 cellphone. She told me that the phone that I want to purchase is out of stock. I then asked her to check the other PEP branches in the area for availability. She then got her other colleague "Mulalo Bueleli" involved in the matter. They refused to phone or check with other PEP stores for availability and said that none of the other stores have stock as it is out of stock from the supplier "Samsung". I then went to PEP Home store in the same mall. The staff at PEP Home Meadowdale helped me in locating the item I was looking for and phoned the branch that had the stock item Festival Mall in Kempton park. I had to drive to PEP stores in Kempton Park to purchase the item. Today Sunday the 4th of July I returned to PEP store Medowdale to show them that I got that phone from a branch who did have the item. As I entered PEP store I saw a lady packing stock. I approached her and requested to speak to the Manager. She informed me that they do not have a Manager but I could speak to her. I told her my story and she was amazed by it as she informed me that they do have stock of the "Samsung A12" cellphone in stock. She went to the office and presented me with the boxed phone. She said that she could not believe that the staff at the store would of told me that they did not have stock of the Phone as they had 8 units in stock. She said that the store lost a sale of R3000 and that it was unnecessary. I requested the 2 sales ladies names. Mis. Thandiwe Buthelezi remembered dealing with me the previous day she had nothing to say when asked why she misinformed me in the matter. It is shocking to find such opposites in PEP stores staff. One go out of there way to chase you away and give you the run around and the other go out of there way to assist you. Please PEP Staff Meadowdale work on your customer relations as it is us the customers keeping your shops doors open.
