Pep store kwa Langa

It's with a sad heart that I purchased an item at pep langa and it's with in a month(04/05/2022) I bought the I team and it faulty. I returned it to today am told its not refundable nor exchanged.

Yet the Cashier asked her colleagues if she can make the refund, I was asked for how much was the item and the lady in room she answered with no explanation "it can’t be refunded nor exchanged".

Very unhappy with the service that I received because it's clear enough the am not attending because of what I paid for.
