Pep store king Williams town Fleet Street

I Called pep King Williams town Fleet Street to find the operating hours as it’s a public holiday and I have a parcel to fetch. I Was answered by a very rude gentleman on the phone who put the phone down after saying the store times are written on the door I should come look for myself .I Then came to the store to report to the store manager . To my surprise it was the store manager, who apparently goes by the name of Sive, was the same person who answered me so rudely on the phone. There was no apology or remorse in any way and he still emphasised that the times are written on the door so I shouldn’t have called
