PEP store Khayelitsha

Bongeka named BOBO on her tag in Khayelitsha Mall's Pep is so rude without saying a word but im not suprized because thats the service we get as black people from black people imagine!!!!

I was waiting for her to take my bag at a parcel counter she just stood there and ignored us like we do not exist and you could see shes waiting on the system wth a customer but couldnt she take our bags and let us in while she was waiting on the system??

I askes her nicely to take my bag i even said if she was busy she could just put it down for me i did not wanna be late for work she gave me a nasty look and said u can put it on top on the counter i did bt then again i thought u know what this js not the service we should be getting i took the bag asked a security to keep t and the people that were there before me to releasebtheir bags were complaining she needs to be dealt wth she cnt be dealing wth ppl with that attitude
