Pep store *********** service delivery

I have had the worse service being sent from Pilar to post between pep home Jabulani mall and pep protea garden mall, taxi money being wasted for traveling, just because I was sold a blind I need exchange for size as advise by consultant a Jabulani mall that I can exchange if I need be, but now I'm being told that I was sold a reject because of the tape the consult put at Jabulani mall at protea garden and due to that they can not help me, now I have to go back to Jabulani for a refund as they do not have the size I want then go back to protea gardens to buy from them as they have the size... This she discussing business ethics as now as a client I have to travel again for the 4th and 5th between Jabulani and maponya mall, for a deemed reject which I'm stuck with, even though both branches have communicated with each other but fail to help me as a consumer... Consultants are *********** and have no customer service ethics..
