Pep Store In Mowbray Disgusting staff and Unmanned Store Manager

Wow were do i start.

Before i started my shift at work i decided to go in to PEP Store in Mowbray because i couldn't find anything at the other stores for my daughters as we had a lost in the family last week.

When i was looking around in the store my handbag was open like i was do and one of the sale assistant had the damn nerve to tell me to close my handbag and i asked her why? she couldn't answer me and then she tells me she wanna check my bag before i leave the store and i got so overwhelmed with it and walked out and she stopped me. i was in shock, as i walked out the door i decide to go to the manager for the store to tell her what happened she didn't care less about me as a customer and didn't bother calling the girl to apologize to me or make eye contacted with me. As a store manager you should go the extra mile for your customer and show that you care and the way i was treated as a customer it was so uncalled for. I'm so unhappy i didn't know how to hold my emotions in and to top it off the they made me feel like i was a ***** and i'm not going to leave it like this.
