I am very disappointed and shocked that in this economy there are people who would really not care about their customers. Enhle(nothing was beautiful about her character) and Betty Mathaza needs to be taken for a training as they in the wrong field. Then I call *** number online to speak to PEP Supervisor in Southdale, I AM told by PALESA DLAMINI (RUDE) Iam through Carlton Center PEP, I REQUEST for contact details for PEP STORE SOUTHDALE she says she does not have the number, fine, then I request for the Head office number in order to get correct contact numbers again rude says 'I DO NOT KNOW OUR HEAD OFFICE NUMBER" i lost hope so PEP STORE THESE LADIES ARE NOT AN ASSET BUT A LIABILITY TO YOUR organization. I hope Betty Mathaza from PEP SOUTHDALE is taken to a course on how to resolve customer queries. All Black Women who cry unemployment when they lose their jobs.
