Pep store grassy park cape Town

I went to pep store grassy park cape Town and purchased shoes for my son. When I got home to fit it I saw it was dirty inside and on top of it it was too small. The following day I went back to the store to exchange it and the manager refused to change it insisting I was the 1 who dirtied the shoes. I just want to say please under no circumstances will I ever purchase anything from pep ever again then I rather go to Woolworths where I know they sell quality and not a load of Chinese things and at least with Woolworths after 6 months of wearing an item and it breaks I can go back and get my money money back. Will definitely rate woolies a 5 stars after this... And if I could rate pep store grassy park a zero then I would have because their customer service policy sucks.. Shame on you pep store grassy park.
