PEP STORE Gift Voucher Is A Ripoff

Got a Pep stores gift voucher and was not told that you need the actual slips to cash it! Useless and pathetic to get a PEP store gift voucher for someone who lives far away. Don't do it. You rather get from a store which uses the wicodes. I contacted PEP 3 times to resolve. They only apologized. Money and time wasted. The voucher cannot be used according to them because there's no slip. ***********. No communication.
