Pep store four ways mall manager - BAD SERICE

Got the worst service at pep today from the manager at pep , I was exchanging a wine glass as it was broken whilst still packaged in the newspaper and he was so rude interrogating me like im a ******** , these employees need training on customer service because it’s horrible
