Pep store error

Good day

I paid for TV license at pep store a cashier after giving her my ID number she confirm my name's and surname . Now SABC says I still owe only to find out that the cashier put it under multichoice . I do not even have an active multichoice account so I do not know how this could hv been .

How do I reverse this transaction to the rightful party ? SABC?
