PEP STORE EMPLOYEES ARE SO RUDE

I went to buy a phone at PEP the 23 Aug 2018. I had forgotten my I.D in my car but was carrying a I.D copy with me because I was coming from the bank. Instead of her kindly telling me that I should bring a hard copy she shouted at me. I asked her why she is shouting she rep**** by saying "WHERE HAVE I EVER SEEN SOMEONE BUYING A CELL PHONE WITH A ID COPY" I told her that I'm going to my car to fetch it but I got to the car I just decided to leave. I think she might be the manager not sure.
