Pep store Eastgate exceptional service

I went to PEP store at Easgate shopping centre on the 25th of March 2024 to send a parcel via PAXI I was assisted by Shirly her services was swift and professional.

Before going I called in to check what time they were closing Tebogo answered the phone he was also professional and friendly. He even called me at 19:00 to check if I did make it on time since they were closing i had already left the store by then. I must say it is a rare customer Care experience these days. Thanks to PEP Eastgate keep up the great service!
