Pep store Cosmo City complex rude service

I went to send a parcel at pep and the service was very bad the lady who helped me was so rude I wanted to cry, It was my first time sending a package with pexi so I told her that I am sending a parcel, she said how many days bear in mind we wearing masks so I didn't hear her so she got so rude n I explained to her that it's my first time doing the pexi, she rolled her eyes n told me how to choose days the I asked about prices and she answered before I even finish asking(I laughed so I can calm myself down) then she said I must stand asside when m done packing she will come or call someone (bear in mind I don't know anything at that moment) so I went aside n read the instructions because I didn't want to bother her to assist me so I packet it and I stand there waiting looking her in the eye all she did was call this Patricia lady who was outside doing what I don't know then she finally came n assisted me and I thought she was better only when another customer came and asked about pexi she got rude to the customer aswell so I am saying the whole staff is rude hell!!! Pep store in Cosmo City complex those ladies are rude it's like they don't want to work there, I am not saying I am perfect but the service is poor. I was scared to call the manager because if the staff is like that maybe the manager is the same who knows. I also didn't bother to get the names because all of them are rude as hell.
