Pep store checkers centre Richards bay ****** me

I am soooo disturbed. I went to pep store checkers center in Richard's bay. I gave a cashier my parcel to send to Paxi on the 11th of April. Till today I've not received that parcel. I've called, whatsapp, Facebook etc both companies and no help no one knows where my parcel is. I'm sure I left it at pep to be couriered. When I contact PAXI they said the parcel is at the store and later it said the parcel was collected at the same store. I've ran out of options but I will not stop looking for my parcel . That was a very important parcel.
