Pep store Busy corner mall Tembisa

We had bought a kids shoes at 15:14pm at Pep store Busy corner mall and noticed that they were too small for one of my daughters.

Went back at 16:30pm the same day to change them, only to find doors closed. The people inside the shop gave us hand signals that it's closed. Mind you the shop officially closes at 5pm.

Only when I called the store a response from one of the cashier was that they were closed. If the store had put up a sign with a reason why they were closed or why they will be closing early would I have not returned by 16:30pm.

This is poor communication because even the customer care line could not tell the store to open up. Should we be subjected to poor service and the only thing we get in return is sorry, the area manager will get back to you with 48 hours.

I had asked for a formal email from customer care and still 2 hours later from the time of the incident, I have not received anything from Pep customer care.

An overall poor service.
