Pep Store big mistake

I went to Moratiwa Crossing Pep Store on the 5th of November 2020 to send a package using PAXI. I was assisted by a lady called Mabatho. She asked me where my package is going I gave her all the relevant details. I later got an sms showing that it was sent to the wrong location Bochum Plaza instead of Botlhokwa Plaza. Today the 12 of November 2020 I contacted PAXI customer care & was assisted by a lady called Namhla would tried to resolve the issue by contacted Pep Store in Moratiwa Crossing but they hung up the phone on her. I'm disappointed because the contents of the package will expire.
