pep store and uneducated employees

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p>My uncle bought a tablet at Pep store.the tablet is as slow as tortoise which we see it might be a factory fault.he took the phone back to the store n they asked for a box and proof of purchase which he submitted but they still can't help him.he went to the store several times with no success and he was spending a lot of money going there.</p> <p>NB:He returned the phone within 3 working days after the purchase</p>
