PEP STORE ALEXANDRA... DON'T CARE ATTITUDE STAFF

Good Day,<br> I would like to raise a serious concern about your Alexandra Branch Staff.<br> Yesterday (18/01/2016) I went to the shop to purchase some items and was assisted by Mmamoloko Mokgonyana ***-***5.<br> What I did not appreciate is the way some of the staff especially a Lady called Babalwa who was very rude to us and was yelling and shouting at us after a misunderstanding that we had at the till.<br> My spouse was looking for a kids lunchbox set and she went to the shelf and asked one of the ladies who was working nearby... She told me that the lady did not recognise the small water bottle which seemed like it came as a set with the lunchbox. since the lady did not know about the product, we then went to the till hoping they'll be able to look up the item manually..... To my surprise, we could not be assisted at the till as well instead got a very rude insults from Babalwa and some of her colleagues claiming that she told my spouse that the item was not sold.... But they did not answer me why was the item on the shelf if it was a \reject"as she put it... None the less"
