Pep store

I bought a Nokia asha 105 on January 2024 within 2 weeks the phone screen was blank and I went to the store to inform them and they state that they can't refund me as I stay with the phone for more than 7 days and they told me that they will book the phone for repair since that day I've been calling they and I don't get a positive response, I regret buying phone from that store which means my money is gone to the drain just like that.
