pep stor don't care about their customers

I bot a DSTV and said I should call a person who will instol it. And I did from last week 2 sep the guy have not come and the manager don't even bother to do a follow it has been 7 days now and the guy keeps postponing. We waistng our airtime calling him everyday and now he is not taking our call.
