Pep stole my Money

On the 25 February 2018 I went to Pep Naledi Mall, Vosloorus to pay my DSTV account. I swiped my card and R365 was withdrawn from my account. The Teller then casually told me that FNB cards have a problem as the money goes off but it will not go to Multichoice. I asked what's the way forward and they said I must withdraw and pay cash. I did but not at Pep cause I was flabbergasted with their service. I was told my money would be refunded within 7 - 21 days. Twenty On days has long passed and I still haven't got my money. Pep I want my refund before the 3rd April 2018 or all hell will break loose, this is my ****en hard earned money you are *****ing from me and I want it back. What ****es me more is no one is following up on the matter. I am gonna take matters in my own hands and I will take my money from the till and no one will **** with me. This is not on. Your tellers have no respect and no regards for costumers. **** Pep and I want my money back. Or else kuzonyiwa and that's not a threat it's a promise from a concerned costumer.
