PEP - STOLE MY MONEY

I went to Pep Port Shepstone on the 5th of September. I paid at the till using my debit card, I received an sms on my cellphone telling me that the debit had gone off. The ****ing cashier saw this but still refused to give my goods. She insisted on me doing another ****ing debit. APPARENTLY THIS ****ING HAPPENS ALL THE ****ING TIME. SHE ****ING GAVE ME A STORY THAT WHEN THE SECOND TRANSFER WENT THROUGH THE FIRST ONE WOULD BE REVERSED. I ASKED HER IF THAT DID'T HAPPEN, WHAT MUST I DO. SHE CALLED ANOTHER ****ING IDIOT NAMED KEVIN, HE SAID COME TOMORROW WITH YOUR ****ING BANK STATEMENT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. TO ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS OUT THERE, PEP STORES IS A ********** COMPANY. SORT THIS OUT NOW!!!. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO SPEAK WITH MORE MANNERS. I HAVE ALL THE ****ING DOCUMENTATION. GIVE ME BACK ME MONEY NOW!!!
