PEP Stilfontein Arrogant staff

I am so disappointed with PEP Stores in Stilfontein. As we only have a few stores in Stilfontein PEP is across the grocery store I visits everyday. I usually put both my boys in my trolley do my shopping and go home, a few weeks back the security at PEP entrance told me I must take my kids out of the trolley and leave my trolley with groceries outside, I rep**** with the following: Ho do you expect me to do shopping knowing everything I just bought at the grocery store is outside? secondly I put my kids in a trolley where I can see them safe and attended!!! Yesterday I visited PEP Stilfontein again, I entered with my kids in the trolley with a free pass. Security allowed me in without saying a word, I walked through PEP stores and as I exit the shoe shelf PEP employees blocked me with some cleaning equipment, I tried to pass but it was quite difficult because the PEP employee just stood there smiling because of my struggle. I asked the lady to please move the equipment for me to pass, where she told me I won't, we told you before to leave all your stuff outside, before you come in, where she added take your kids and your trolley out of this store where she added some swear words. Now as a safety officer I just want to highlight the red lights in that store regarding safety, this is the reason I will not let my kids walk free in that store without being in a trolley: 1. There is no warning sign for wet floor while her cleaning equipment was placed in the exit. 2. Wires hang around freely without warning. 3. Sharp shelf equipment without warning, I bumped my arm there a few weeks ago, and for my kids it is eye level. 4. Everywhere in the store there is trolleys standing around with things on it and my concern is mostly glass equipment, what if my kids break some of those thing? What will the consequences be? Now I want to know is this a ****** thing? Because the treatment I got in there felt like it a ****** thing. I also took pictures to proof this review.
