Pep Sterkspruit is a ****

My partner bought a cellphone at Pep on the 3rd of December as my birthday surprise only to find that the cellphone was too slow for my liking and it couldn't install other apps. She went for an exchange but they said she couldn't get an exchange if the cellphone is not faulty, after a long fight they finally gave a different model and told her it takes two sim cards only to find out they were lying , it only had 1 sim slot and a micro sd slot. I took it back the very same day and they said they couldn't change it for me. And ooh the manager said I can swop the service provider for my choice one , but when I changed the sim cards it was network locked. Quiet a disappointment and a ruined birthday suprise. Pep Sterkspruit is the worst of them all.
