PEP *****S MONEY WHEN DEPOSITING AT PEP STORE MONEY MARKET

On the 1st of April 2019 at 17:11 I deposited an amount R1000.00 at Pep store Lemon Tree in Alberton. When i had got home later that afternoon i sent my friend an SMS AT 17:49 with the details so that she would be able to withdraw the money that i had sent to her. On the 2nd April my friend went to go withdraw the money and received a rejection error on the ATM screen, my friend than called me and advised me that there was no funds available and so i called Pep and they advised that on the 1st April the money was already drawn out at 17:20 at ABSA New Market Mall which is five minutes walking distance.

I would like to know how my money was ****** ??? is this not supposed to be a safe way to deposit money??

It was only me and the cashier in the cue at the time of me depositing the money.

I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN ??????

I am not in a financial position to loose this amount of money and i will be taking this to all media platforms and social networks on how PEP *****s money!!!!!!!!
