PEP *****ing peoples money

I went to PEP Steeldale on the 11th November 2018 to buy a Openview decoder for my mother when I got to the the till to pay the said the price was R 499.00 I said that this is not the advertiser of R 399.00 they said it went up and could not tell me when as it is still advertised as R 399.00 po TV. I cancelled the sale and went to PNP the sale persone told me the R 499.00 price is with the new memory stick that comes with the decoder and it is optional not compulsory I paid the R 399.00 price for the decoder at PNP.

PEP is not informing the customers, so my question is what are they doing with the extra money they take from customers without giving them the memory stick because at no point in my conversation with the sales assistant did she mention the memory stick .
