Pep, *****ing from the poor.

I send money per money transfer to my sister in the Free State, as they are in dire need of it. She went to withdraw it a few minutes later, and it says its already withdrawn. I went back to Pep stores in Main Road Newlands Jhb, and nobody wants to help me. They are very rude and arrogant, saying its not their issue. I dont know how to resolve this issue.
