Pep staff ******* Lakeside Mall

I would like to complain about at Pep Store Lakeside Mall. On Saturday the 7th August 2021 at around 10am. I went to pep to exchange my kids clothes and i went to teller no 5. While i was busy with the teller she told me that she doesnt have cash back so i need to move to the other teller, while i went to the other teller i left my stuff, Huawei P smart 2021 phone, my car key and my handback with the cashier. When i return to get my stuff, my cellphone was missing and cash amount from my of about R540 which i was going to use for petrol. I then asked her why is my handback open and my phone missing, she gave me an attitude and told that she doesnt work with cellphones and i then spoke to the manger who present at that and they both said they didnt see any phone nor money. I then requested to see the footage they both told me that i need pay an amount of R4000. I then i will pay it then they refused and told me it will a week to get it and said i can go open a case if i want to. The attitude they gave me was inhuman as i even requested them yo phone my cellphone which they refused.
