PEP staff tells kids to stand outside.

Today 07/09/2020 at PEP Craigiburn Spar My sister and her husband went to PEP store Her husband went through with their 2 year old son he was welcomed and hes hands was sanitized. When it was time for my sister and my 7 year old daughter to go though the woman at the entry said there is only one person allowed, she said that my 7 year old daughter should stand outside and my sister may go inside..In the meantime my dad was at a atm to withdraw money, he decided to go to PEP aswell. He decided to go and join them at PEP. So when he got at the entrance he saw my daughter standing outside the shop crying...my daughter told him that the lady at the entrance said shes not allowed to enter the store. Than my dad took my daughter inside the to inquire why the child is standing alone outside the store.

So he asked to speak to the manager, they called the manager out of the office, than my dad asked the managerres how can the lady at the entrance say hat a 7 year old girl must stand outside "only one at a time".the lady at the door denied that se said so. And the manager rudly said children is not they're responsibility. If a child is standing around unattended its not they're reresponsibility to see to the child. So my dad told her children is everybody's responsibility with all this humantraficking going on. He told her that he's going to report the salutation just because she d doesn't care.

So when they got home i reported the incident to head office. I even phoned the PEP store to speak to the manager, when started talking to her she just hang up on me...

And here I thought that PEP is all about family?
