PEP Staff *****ing customers Phones

So it was a normal day on the 8th of September when I had to go and pay my dstv account at PEP at the crossing Mall in a town called Mokopane....

i went into the store mainly because it was empty nd there was no traffic at all. About 5 minutes after paying my account and buying some medicine at the chemist i realized that i did not have my phone...

I went rushed back back to the store and asked for my phone and the whole staff said they had not seen it and i was rudely dismissed, especially by the store manager.

The next day i went back back to the store to ask again if they had seen my phone because the Find my phone had located the phone almost exactly where the store manager lives(coincidence Maybe) Once again I was rudely dismissed when I requested for the footage of that time. only to be told that there are no cameras in the store and only the Centre manager has footage of the entrance. I requested that and once again i was dismissed like a nuicance.... The Centre manager asked me to follow him so we can have a look at the footage and the manger once again blocked us said there's no need for that and that she will go and get the footage from the centre manager herself and she will call me. so she took down my numbers but refused to give me hers so I could follow up.

So till today I had not received any feedback or communication from the store. the last known location of my phone was at near the store managers home(who kept dismissing me). That PEP is the only Pep in mokopane that does not have cameras in the store, is it the reason why the staff feel obliged to ***** from the stores customers?

We have forgotten car keys and phones for hours at till points of many shops and still got them.... But this shop... this shop in mokopane. 5 minutes and the phone is gone with no no form of surveillance in this day and age....

I just need my phone Back or Someone from that store must tell me where my phone is.... It was not a fancy phone but it was the best i could do for myself and it was only 2 moths old...
