Pep staff *****ing people's money

My mom went to pep mokopane mall to make a cash send month end of August. She followed all the right procedure and was helped only to discover that the person who was helping her de*****ed her by sending the details to herself. She realized that after sending the intended person the details, she did not get the money. Upon enquiry she was told that the money was withdrawn from mahwelereng complex whereas the person she was sending was in gauteng. They told her that she has to open a case, my problem is that pep hired ******* who prey on old people. I am appealing to the management of pep to do something since this is not the first time I heard about this, even parcels get lost in pep.
