Pep staff cares

Bought a cellular phone from The pep as they had a specials.<br> <br> I battled to get the phone to work and even three Cellc employees could not get it to work.<br> <br> Took it back to Pep and Mercia on the phone with her call centre got the phone to work.<br> <br> She is not a technical person and here helpfulness friendliness patients with me are very <br> Commendable. <br> <br> She us a shining star and a should be recognised by the Management and rewarded.<br> Go for it Pep you don't have to stand back for any other retailer when it fom so to customer care, service and always keeping up a friendly demeanour even if the customer is difficult.
