Pep staff at the bridge mall in Johannesburg

The service I got from that pep store was horrible the lady who assisted or what she thought was assisting was busy chatting to her colleagues and chewing gum she didn't even greet me I wonder what kind ot training is given to the staff at that store... She then went on to tell me how much I should pay for the phone I was buying and started shouting for her other colleague to bring the phone and just went about talking about her personal affairs and threw my phone box on the table for me to take I was so frustrated
