PEP staff are rotten

Just been to pep at their wynberg branch in the main road what a horrible customer service experience I hope that these are not the type of people you strive to employ that doesnt know how to speak to customers and shows lack of interest in their job and what's best is that the lady that assisted me doesnt even wear a name badge, I went to the teller and she just I didnt say next yet very loud she could have just said I will be with you just now instead paying customers are treated like we told them to work there very bad I will not go back that branch ever! No one has a smile on their face instead everyone just looks miserable. No one has forced them to work there they app**** to work there if this is how they treat customers I'm very sorry they will not see me again.
