Pep Springs gate

Hi The is to a peticular store Pep Springs gate as I bought clothing att Pep springs mall that was to small and I went to Pep Springs Gate just to exchange it for a bigger size as I had proof off purchase. As per ure exchange policy u can exchange any goods at any Pep store. The staff was not help full and the did not want t assist in exchange the told me to go back to othe pep wher I bought it. This is poor customer service the lady att Springs mall was help full and assisted me in exchange. I also explained to them what happened and thy also said thy can't refuse to exchange items even if it is not bought by them I got a fone number off that area manager. That I will also give a call this is poor customer service.
