PEP Southgate-Do better!

Everybody knows how we love to utilise PEP stores for their cheaper and very convenient services. So, it was such a horrible surprise for me when Keke who was serving me at PEP Southgate mall (JHB) was as rude to me as she was. Like, you could tell she literally had no time for me. Refused to speak any other language except for Sesotho and ignored my few attempts trying to help her to identify parcel which I could see (because I was there when it was being sent from Cape Town). What seemed to trouble her (I think) was that she could tell that there was something wrong with my Paxi pin. When she finally addressed me to tell me this, she could clearly see that I didn’t understand what this means. Obviously, because I don't work for PEP. So, the problem I was that the pin had a music sign in between the digits. Which we both didn’t know the meaning of. I tried explaining to her that it came to me like that, but she needed me out of her face and to understand she isn’t going to assist me any further. She even went to the extent of pretending to process the parcel and have me read the incomplete number to her, juts so I can get the point and see the system faill, that there really isn't anything she can do. After forcing herself to convey the story to her manager (Leonard, I think). Both of them told me to call Paxi to try retrieve the number myself or get the sender to send the pin Granted I understand this, but it was the tone, the dismissive attitude, and the speaking about me in Sesotho like I wasn’t there that got to me. They could see I was clearly struggling to get hold of my friend and Keke couldn’t be bothered. In fact, she left me at the till, at some point (cashed up?), and told me to refer to the next counter once I get the correct pin. Eventually, I won through chatting to a Paxi agent on WhatsApp, who explained to me that the system sometimes generates the music sign instead of the number ‘8”. I decided that despite her hostility I would give her this feedback in case it happens to others in future. Although she managed to stare at me and retort, “OK”, it was the look she gave me was the cherry on top. I knew then that no amount of politeness is going to work here. I must say that the Paxi agent I was talking to has apologized from their side because I did tell her when she asked if there was anything else she could do for me. But as for PEP Southgate, hhayi guys please do better, this can't be how we are starting the year!!
