Pep Southernwood Store Nobantu'pathetic service

On the 29 of December 2020, I went to the East London Southernwood Store to make a money transfer.I was attended to by a cashier named Nobantu who told me that they were offline wothout even checking.When I asked her to check she simply refused and said they have been told not to waste paper.I had to go to onother store that was 3 minutes away where I was told that the system was never offline.I find such attitude and behaiviour from the Southernwood Store Pathetic
