Pep signet terace centre SLOW & DISGUSTING SERVICE

PEP SIGNET TERRACE CENTRE LENASIA-Disgusting service at pep today at 5:05pm 7 November 2022 when to pep to use the PAXI service. 1st of all the que is taking for ever because the staff are on a joll. Takes for ever to help customers. I get to the counter and i ask the lady i need to send this parcle to orbi plaza portshepstone. Shes like open the parcle because i have packed and sealed it. So i said no problem give me something to open. She blunty stupidly looks around for something to help me open. I asked her nicely do you not have a scissor she said no. SUCH A BIG FRANCHISE AND YOU ARE TELLING ME YOU DO NOT HAVE STATIONARY IN YOUR STORE TO USE?!

Then she looks at the parcle its was tea masala that I HAVE SENT BEFORE SAME PACKING SAME CONTAIN (parcle D*** sent on 01/09/22 9:14am) and shes like hi wena we cnt sent this!

Before when I sent the parcle there was no problem why now?

Honestly with the disgusting attitude of MUKOVHE and a few that were smiling & laughing while I asked for headoffice number and her name YOU HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. Be more profession you are tarnishing PEP BECAUSE YOU ARE REPRESENTING A BRAND.

I WILL MAKE SURE OTHERS ARE ALSO AWARE OF THIS **** SERVICE AND ATTITUDE.

If you can not offer a service then you shouldn't!
