PEP service

Precious and her collegues in Pep clothing Kamaqhekeza plaza near Spar is rude She refused to send my parcel via Pexi saying that i must have the store number of where i wanna send my parcel to, i gave her name of the Mall & place but still didnt want to assist insisting that I must have a store number, how should i know a Pep store number if she can check it on the system? She even dropped a phone on me while i was talking with her. She does not deserve to work with people her service is horrible
