PEP SELLING ******* PHONES

I bought a Quest phone in April 2022, after a month the phone started giving me problems I did not take it back as I really needed a phone desperately the problems continued and got worst until I couldn't handle it anymore I then sent if in for repairs last month, repairs took 4week then I was informed to come collect my phone.They said they exchanged my phone for a new phone.I have this phone less than a week and on the second day it already started giving problems.The phone switches off and on when it wants to.THIS IS A ******* PHONE HOW CAN A NEW PHONE FOR THE SECOND TIME BE DOING THIS.I WANT THIS PROBLEM SORTED OUT I DONT WANT THIS PIECE OF **** PHONE.
