Pep Samsung A04 Nightmare

My sister purchased Samsung A04 on the 3/01/2024 she discovered that it had no signal and she went back on the 5/01/2024 to return it, the cashier said they dont control the signal of the phone and its not their problem. On the 15/01/2024 Pep cell took the phone for repairs and she fetched it on the 15/02/2024 still with no signal, last saturday the cashier said she must divert her calls to sim 2. Since she went back before 7days kindly refund her and take your phone.
