PEP SALDANHA - WORST EVER

Pep in Saldanha Bay, Cape Town, are one of the worst retail shops. We had incident where my daughter wanted to buy baby clothes with a voucher, and they declined, because it was not the original voucher. The voucher was send per phone for verification, but they still declined. Not only poor service, but then Manager got aggressive, and pushed my daughter out of the shop because she didn't want her there, and she wanted to call the police. PEP - GET BETTER TRAINED AND MANNERED MANAGERS. They are giving your Brand a bad name. I will Never buy there again. No one must support this branch. Rather go to Pep Vredenburg. Best service
