PEP Sable Square Milnerton

Pep Sable square Milnerton has terrible customer service. We were made to wait for 15 minutes in a que with no service. No cashier at the till, no sales lady to apoligise or explain why we have to wait with no assistance. First customer left after 10 minutes. I asked for the manager and the poor girl (standing at the door) trying to calm the customers gets shouted at by the manager "they must just wait, i am busy!" I was so disgusted and dissapointed, i left and so did other 2 customers. Please PEP teach your staff some customer service. Your store will not be seeing me any time soon
