PEP's Ignorance

<p>I bought an MTN cell phone from PEP early last year, I went to visit my mom June and I realised I left my phone at my place. After a month I went back to my place, tried switching on the phone but nothing happened so I charged the phone. The following day I tried swtching it on again but it did not switch on. On the third of this month I went to the same store I bought the phone from with the phone in its box. I was told by the cashiers that they can't help me bacause i don't have a receipt, to my understanding I believe that the serial numbers on the phone box will proof that I bought the phone in their store but instead the two cashiers said the store works on paper. Can I please get help because the phone is not even a year old and I don't really know where the receipt is at.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Boitshoko</p>
