PEP ROODEPOORT BAD SERVICE

pep stores in Roodepoort van Wyk street, has got bad service with a manger who is very rude and teller who are just as rude, I bought school shoes for my child and had to return it because it was to big, the manager refused to assist me and was very rude, I contacted the head office and told them the story they advise me to go back to the store and ask the manager to contact the regional manager, he rudely refused to assist me and three days later I am still sitting with an unresolved compliant no one from pep even try to contact me, now my child is going to school with big shoes, this was the poorest service I ever recieved
