Pep ripping of a single mom

I bought 2 Jeans short for my 6 year old and 2 shorts after one wash the thread started to disintegrate . I tried to exchange it but I did not have a slip anymore.

as a single mom this is unacceptable.

Pep needs to replace my babies shorts.
