PEP Rembrandt Mall Paarl

It would be appreciated if the staff at PEP Paarl Rembrandt Mall maybe take some time to attend a People skills course. I've visited the shop today (and seeing that it's my first time this side as I'm from JHB) I wanted to asked a simple question BEFORE joining the queue. Alexa - I'm a compatent Lady and Manager at my workplace. There's is no need to talk to people like they are beneath you. Just thought I'd tell you that every client that comes through the doors at PEP are individuals and definitely not 10 years old. Treat people respectfully.
